Old Testament Survey I
This course, taught by Pastor Scott Moneyham, is a basic survey of the Old Testament, dealing with Biblical materials which report the progress of Jehovah worship from the time of Adam to David. Utilizing books that reflect this time beginning with Genesis and concluding with the Psalms. Every book is studied individually with attention given to background contribution to the message of the Old Testament.
New Testament Survey I
This course is taught by Pastor Ron Cooper. It is a survey of each book of the New Testament from Matthew to I Corinthians, historical and cultural background of each book, and an overview of the contents of each book.
Communication Skills I
This course is taught by Pastor Jamie Fox. It is a course dealing with fundamentals of English grammar, including a weekly focus involving vocabulary development and spelling skills.
Homiletics I
This course, taught by Pastor Alan Carr, offers an introduction to homiletics, which is the art of preaching. We will discuss the preacher’s spiritual preparation and development. The various sermon types will be studied including expository, textual and topical. Most of the emphasis will be based on the expository method of sermon preparation and delivery. Other topics covered will be developing sermon themes, preparing introductions and conclusions, and outlining.
Evangelism
This course, taught by Pastor Steve Sisk, offers a study of the imperative of personal witnessing and various methods of presenting the claims of the Christ. Emphasis is upon doing.
Pastoral Theology
This course is taught by Pastor Rick Safriet. It is the study of the qualifications of the officers of the church and their relationship to the church. The books I and I I, Timothy and Titus will be will be used to draw application for the course.
Old Testament Survey II
This course, taught by Pastor Scott Moneyham, is a contribution of Old Testament Survey- Adam to David including the historical from a work which bridges the person from the time of Solomon to that of Malachi. Beginning with the King's materials, each book is studied in keeping with the fundamental approach established in the previous survey.
New Testament Survey II
This course is taught by Pastor Ron Cooper. It is a survey of each book of the New testament from II Corinthians to Revelation, historical and cultural background of each book, and an overview of the contents of each book.
Communication Skills II
This course is taught by Pastor Jamie Fox. It is a contribution of Basic English, seeking to advance the students knowledge and grasp of sentence construction and structure.
Homiletics II
This course, taught by Pastor Alan Carr, offers a continuation to Homiletics I, which is the art of preaching.
Christian Doctrine
This course, taught by Pastor Tom Lambert deals with Christian Doctrine and how it is necessary for the Christian life. The fundamentals are covered.
Hermeneutics
This course, taught by Pastor Steve Sisk, deals with the process of biblical interpretation.
Holy Spirit
This course is taught by Pastor Phil Chapman. It focuses on: the Holy Spirit in the Bible and in Christian tradition; the understanding of the Church, its mission and ministry in the Bible and in Christian tradition; the function of the Spirit in the foundation and the continued development of the Church.
Pauline Theology
This course, taught by Pastor Phil Chapman is intended as an advanced course on Paul, specifically focusing on the identification of the theology of the Apostle Paul, including its relationship with Judaism and Hellenistic thought.

This is an advanced counseling course taught by Pastor Rick Safriet. It is a great course as it covers just about every situation that the Christian Counselor will face.
Eschatology
This course, taught by Pastor Tom Lambert is an exciting study, presented in the preach-teaching mode. The study begins with the Rapture of the Church and ends with the New Heaven, New Earth, and the New Jerusalem. A great course dealing with the future events to come. |
